[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Order status not provided and delay in delivery | |||
Seeing all above comments, I totally agree on the pathetic service provided by askmebazaar ...Very disappointed and unprofessional in handling customer... I had purchased a product on Friday 19th Feb 2016 morning (Order Number # NDD9822217) and I was told that it is Next Day Delivery however their next day hasn't come yet... Every time I call customer support, they are worst and unprofessional to interact.. Only standard dialogue is answered by them.. We are sorry about inconvenience to you, your product will be delivered tonight however their tonight never comes ...every day they repeat same answer and hangs up the phone... There is no tracking number provided and you are in totally dark whether your product will ever reach to you or is it really genuine site / people u have kept your trust on it...
