[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Refund issue since 2 months | |||
Respected Sir, I'am very much disappointed with askmebazaar.com regarding a refund issue.I have called more than 15 times regarding this refund issue and there is no response from your customer care executives.Do you think we customers are jobless?The product was delivered on 12th of february.First of all you delivered me a wrong product and now its been almost 2 months, no refund also.Recently only i came to know about askmebazaar.com thought it will be nice.But in my life i wont suggest anyone this site.Since all these happened i started shopping from other sites.Hereby iam attaching my ministatement passbook screenshots you can see i have chosen snapdeal.com and all as my shopping site.Your executive told that the amount has been refunded on 24th of february and you can clearly see that on the attached files that from 24th of february no amount has been credited from askmebazaar or get it stores.Im fed up with shopping with askmebazaar.com and if now also you wont take action means i will have to send a complaint to consumer court. Take it seriously.Dont think we customers are jobless or fools.The amount is 465 INR. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||
