[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Refund not yet processed. | |||||
I had placed order no. Ag[protected] for grocery on[protected] and paid rs: 1805.40 thru my mobikwik wallet. On 27-03-16, i recd. One sms from their portal vk-bstatl saying they have cancelled my order as they have no stock. Few days thereafter, i called them for refund and was told that it will take 7 to 10 days to process refund. Again on 10-04-16, i called them and was told that they will process my refund within 24 hours. On the very same day i got a callback from their rep. From mobile [protected] saying that it will take 3 to 4 days to process the refund. Today, i.E. On 14-04-16 i again called them and was told that they normally take 10 days to process refund so i will get my refund by 22-04-16. When they don't have product then why they are taking orders and money. They are running their business with customers money. Pl.See that they process my refund immediately. I have all the recordings of calls and sms which if needed can be sent to you for verification. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Askmebazaar is a fraud portal. This is my second or third worst experience with them. They just want to kill time and use your money. Earlier, I had ordered 3 bottles of Muscle Blaze-Fat burner MRP.Rs:549/- each for Rs: 1300 and some odd amt. They only sent one bottle and again the same procedure of telephones/ reverse pickup and refunds. So this is their modus operandi to use your money. Their registered office is in Delhi and support staff number is of Chennai.They offer great discounts to tempt you, so I would suggest everyone to refrain from using this portal. The discounts are unrealistic. I have uninstalled their app.since I recd.my refund and am also under the process of unsubscribing to their mails and portal. Thanks. What the hack. After so much followups you now need written history of the event. Why none of your rep.gave me ticket no. while talking on phone. I may have spent more than Rs: 50 while calling you guys on phone. You really deserve a mouth publicity. I really repent having placed my order with you guys.

Let me know the procedure to raise ticket as you people have disabled my account. I am not being able to log in to your system. I have attached the screen shots of me being rejected by your system.
