Hello Consumer Cell, I had ordered (Order no:AB3716413 & Track ID Delhivery:[protected] headset 1 and a half month back but till now product has not delivered and also my refund of money request has not credited. I had called so many times to both Askme bazaar & Delhivery so many times but not even a single time I did not get an appropriate reply. Delhivery has not sent an till now the proof of delivery (POD) and ask me bazaar not refund my money till now. So please take an strong action against this both company and please help me to refund my money. I had called more than Rs.200 to both of them. Please refund that money also. I received a call from [protected] - sr.supervisor or manager, he scold me very badly, asking my account no.for money transfer and said "AskmeBazaa is fraud company, you will not get your money or anything from Askmebazaar. Like that its has been gone 1.5 months till now no money has credited to my account.
Also got a call from this no. [protected] he also not answered anything and cancelled/cut my call.
Let me know when i'll get my money Rs.174 to my account.
You also simply saying Sorry, why its not done for last 1.5 month, answer this please.
