[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Refund of payment (ask me bazzar) | |||
Dear Concern, I ordered Branded universal power bank of Rs. 649/- on dated 08-July-2015 through ask me bazaar & I did transaction through NEFT (HDFC BANK) & I have received the same product on dated 13-July-2015. Delivery boy told me that you have to pay cash. i told him i have already paid the same through bank (NEFT) then courier boy told me that in this slip this is mentioned that this is cash on delivery product. ask me bazzar team will return you the same cash with in 3-4 days. when i opened this product this is very unfortunate that this was totally fraud product to me. They told me that this power bank MAH Capacity is 10000 MAH & according the same this product will charge my mobile phone 4 time but this was totally unfair with us. this power bank charged my phone one time with only half battery. This was totally un-useful product & i decided to return the same product to ask me bazzar team. i called their customer care team & told them to get return the same product. then courier boy came here on dated 16-July-2015 & take away the same product from me & on dated 22-July-2015 i have received my NEFT payment reversed. But the question is I haven't received cash amount yet which i paid to the courier boy they told me that with in 4-5 day's i will get the same in my bank account and generate complaint number (QRC[protected] but till now i havn't received any product from ask me bazzar team side. & daily i called to ask me bazaar customer care team said we have already paid the same amount but i haven't received the same payment yet. they asked to provide my bank statement then i mailed them my bank statement copy but this is also very unfortunate till time i haven't received the same payment. they always said we have generated compliant number & amount will reflect in your bank with in 7 day's. They have generated 5 complaint number which is mentioned below : - QRC34549466 QRC34728818 QRC36037260 QRC37129685 QRC37941094 This is my request please revert me on urgent basis in this regards.
