[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Wrong product, after returning refund of partial charges of courier | |||||
Hi i had purchased a helmet from askmebazaar, they delivered the wrong product, they said to return by my own as they couldnt send any person to reverse pick up and they will refund the amount of courier charges i spent 240 rs from india post (governmental company being the cheapest) to send a 1.5 kg product (helmet) from mumbai to delhi, they have only refunded me 100rs, well it wasnt my fault that they have delivered the wrong product and i had to return it as my area wasnt serviceable, and logically speaking if my area wasnt serviceable then how did they delivered the product.please be aware of such frauds are happening with other customers also as they have posted the same queries over internet, this is kind of fraud that they are doing with many people which isnt right, Order no.
