Ask me grocery accepted an order and gave discount but shortly after cancelled order. They now say that you can place order again but we can't offer discount as coupon used once when the goods were never delivered. We wasted two hours in this and now want all goods delivered at discounted price. If goods are not available their website should reflect so that I don't waste my time on their website and choose a more efficient company.

    I purchased few items from askmegrocery.com vide order no AMBAL[protected]. Under this order they supplied me 7 packets of Amul Cow Ghee and charged me Rs 1242.50 for that. Instead of Cow Ghee they supplied me Amul Desi Ghee. I came to know from Amul company that they don't produce any cow ghee, It means askmegrocery.com are fleecing the consumers by giving wrong facts of the products. Similarly I purchased from them Patanjali Cow Ghee 1KG pack whereas they supplied me 1 lt pack, they are openly making fun of the weight and mearument act too. The most important thing that they do not issue any invoice to the consumers and fleecing the VAT department too by selling their products on service challan only. Their customer customer Care department has put my complaints in their Dustbin

      Selling poisonous food” - I ordered almonds from them and when I soaked them in water, it turned like glue indicating bad quality. I complained and one nitish Kumar said that I should have complained within 72 hours and now they can't do anything. I asked him to put his senior on line but he said no and told me to do anything I can even complain online as they won't take it back. I have ordered many times from them and if this is how they behave to an old customer than you can imagine what they would do to new customers. If you value your health, don't ever buy any food products from them as it could be poisonous.

        I placed 2 orders and both were cancelled without any reason, payment of more than Rs.10000 was made online. It was my entire month's grocery. I requested for refund but the customer service executive asked me to wait for 7 to 10 working days, and the reason for cancellation was not mentioned. Now if I have to order my grocery from elsewhere, I don't have money. What am I supposed to do?

        Worst thing is that order contains baby food too. I'm not comfortable borrowing money from anyone else. This is ridiculous. I'm planning to go to consumer court to get the reimbursement for the harassment

        I received my salary on 1st and placed my grocery order and made my payment close to Rs. 10000. Order was confirmed.

        After 6 hours, to my surprise, order was cancelled without any reason or information. Now, when I asked for refund, I'm being told that it will take 7 to 10 working days. I have no money to order the grocery from elsewhere. I'm not comfortable to borrow money from anyone. There is baby food ordered too. I am totally disappointed and have no idea how to manage my groceries until I get the refund.
        When I called the customer care to complain about this, they completely denied to give me any resolution and neither did they provide any reference number for the complaint that I raised. I kept on pleading that I have no money to order the grocery for the month but the customer care representative was very insensitive and did not care about my problem.

          I had ordered grocery products from 'ask me grocery' at 20% discount offer on 26th Jan 16. First of all I have not received the complete items as per order. Also on checking after delivery the biscuits have been found out o[censored]sage date (9 months old). Moreover the complaint was also not logged by customer care.
          The company is making fraud and trying to sell the expired products behind their attractive offers.

                My (pre-paid) order no. is AMBAL[protected] which is not yet delivered, but I have received a sms that it has already been delivered.
                When I contacted the customer care 0-[protected] they were unable to solve the issue and were unable to cancel my order also. My Rs.2000/- went in drain.
                Its simply a FRAUD company.

                    Almost 3-4 times everyday since I ordered my 1st grocery online with "askmegrocery.com" I receive their sms of Midnight sale, Friday offer, Thursday Offer, Weekend offer, Christmas offer etc.. They flood my mobile everyday . U don't buy grocery all the time throughout the day. Matter doesn't finishes here. When today Morning I got up I got a sms from them for Flash Sale till 1 pm today 20%off. I thought to order some items and take the advantage of Flash Sale. Their site takes many navigation steps to order an item. I ordered around 19 items which took my 1.5 hours and when finally I was going to pay, their site says "Sorry, You have already redeemed this type of coupon " .. Why the hell they didn't mentioned it earlier that this coupon is for 1st time user only. Why the hell then they are flooding my mobile with such offers when they knew that I am an existing customer. Why the hell they they don't make it transparent . They wasted my time I would have given to someone who needed it. This is a wrong way of getting customers to a website and increasing traffic. They are just marketing the way they want. They don't follow ethics in marketing and promotion. They are not transparent. They waste time.

                        Items were ordered on 29th December 2015 for which i had made full payment by credit card and it was to be delivered on 30th December 2015 at 6pm but the same is not delivered to me. order id : AMBAL[protected] i have already made several complaints on the helpline [protected] & i am very angry with the response they are giving, even after registering complaints so far i have not received any response nor did i receive any complaint number. They say that due to technical difficulties complaint number is not showing, is it a joke how can you forward a complaint without its reference number, do you think the customer is a small kid. I want them to immediately deliver me the ordered product or refund me the money on immediate basis.

                          Sanjay Singh Ask me grocery is cheating customer by delivering the low brand product that too different product. When you ask for replacement they say they can't deliver the product you have ask for. Kindly customers [protected] Many times tried to call but got disconnected. Today spoken to CCE & Piyush but they are unable to solve the problem as Moong Saboot is delivered bad quality. out of 2 one consumed anyhow but second one is kept aside. Mailed many time at care but no response.

                                I have placed one order, the details are below: Order No-AMBAL[protected], first of all there was a delay in delivery of things and later on there was a claim of Rs 612 pending from ask me grocery's end. Whenever i call at call centre, only one reply i get i.e. our systems are not working and they are under upgradation.                                       Hi, I paid to purchase few items by paytm wallet but order number didn't generated & as a result i couldn't received my items. But the amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet & simultaneously couldn't done my shopping. I just want to know when will the amount be credited to my paytm wallet? If my complaint regarding refund don't sort out within 24hrsand didn't get my amount back then i will go to consumer forum.                                         Dear Sir My name is Arun Kumar.On[protected] I had purchased some grocery items from asmegrocery.com I received the delivery on the same day but there was 1 item short then I receive a message on my mobile that they will refund me the balance amount which was about Rs.527/-. But till today I did not receive that refund. My order number was AMBAL[protected]. I made the payment through my paytm wallet. They told me that I wiil receive my refund in seven working days but till today I did not receive any refund an d now their customer care number [protected] is not reachable.
