Sir, i have applied request for redemption of 5oo points but still they are not redeemed even after 15 working days.
And i want to redeem my 500 points for gift.
But why my points are not redeeming yet on askiitians.
I hope that u solve my problem quickly.

I requested for redemption of my points for the first time.
Please solve my query as fast as possible.

I had signed up to askiitians. I was given 1 month free subscription to the site, after the free subscription had elapsed i did to receive an email to show that they will start charging me. I have been trying for weeks to cancel my subscription to their service but they are not responding to my emails. There is also not an option to cancel the subscription on their website

I have joined askiitians in class 11 and there course is bad, very badly made with no graphics and teachers.
I have a doubt are these are iitians who are teaching us
The whole system was fake and made only to circulate money

Please refund my half money back
Otherwise it will go to court

Hi, my daughter who is studying class 11 joined JEE-Main online coaching during last week of July'2019. Before joining the course, askiitians team informed that, online coaching class will support 90% for the CBSE school syllabus. During admission, none informed us for the refund policy. Based on that we choose Askiitians and we asked to pay for 2 years fees. After 3 months of the coaching, my daughter feels that, askiitians coachings are not meeting the CBSE syllabus and she could not get the minimum marks both in school and askiitians tests. Due to that, we contacted askiitians for the cancellation and refund. They sent the refund policy which is possible the refunds within 15 days from the date of joining. Within 15 days, how it is possible to judge the coarse and coaching. Now, nobody responding for our call. Atleast they have to refund one year fees. I don't know how to get the refund from askiitians. Kindly advice to get the refund.

1 month ago, i decided to take an online coaching from askiitians as i was preparing for iit. when i made contact with them they said very high and good things about their institute, , i was given three pendrives from them at a cost of 20000. the pendrive was consisting of some video lectures and question papers etc. there has been continous problem in the pendrives from the time i took it. many chapters were not clearly understood . some were out of range . many videos were even not opening . the content was not upto the level of their cost .
so i am forced to return their item and i want my money back . because this is a huge amount . i also said them the same but they ignored my email . so i want you to please help me .
