Askmebazaar — Askmebazaar - Someone please file a class action lawsuit against this company

I placed an order on 9th september. The site does not provide any means to track the order. The seller email Id and phone number are fake ones. I googled about the seller and found that they don't even sell the product which I ordered. When I called them after finding the real phone number, they confirmed that they don't even know about askmebazaar.com. Everytime I called the customer care, I got a reply that the package is in transit with GATI couriers and will reach me within 10 working days. They won't provide the tracking number though. On the 10th working day, I got an SMS saying my order is cancelled and a refund will be initiated. Assuming I get the refund, I still feel that I got cheated. For nearly 15 calendar days, askmebazaar has held my money and have been feeding me fake information. The site should be banned and a class action lawsuit filed. India has a great potential in e-commerce but sites like these are black marks. The confidence in online shopping created by sites like Flipkart is getting broken by askmebazaar. I usually don't order from such sites but I thought they are really good aspirants after seeing their recent ads. Ranbir should stop supporting this non-sense site as soon as possible.
