Dear sir,

As per my trailing mail, even with my repeated follow up with you, I am not received any replay from your side, after that i made a call many times in this regards, no fruitful response, when I call you, there is no immediate conversation, and the background music was playing near about 15 minitues, and for phone call and internet, I have spend minimum Rs.500 rupees.

As per my final discussion with your customer care, They told the ordered material was cancelled, but, the respective payment was made by me in my credit card with 3 months EMI and one EMI was completed, you can see my all transaction proofs in my attachments, Please take the necessary action against this issue, in case of no response, I have decided to the consumer court, Cyber crime and Chennai police.

As I discussed with ASKMEBAZAAR Customer care yesterday evening, I am waiting for refund processing as following the below ordered materials.

My ordered items are 1) ABF[protected] ABF2377461 & 3) AB4211603.

Kindly do the needful ASAP. Thanks for ALL.

As I requested already, if you are not refund for me within July month, I will go to consumer court, Cyber Crime & Chennai Police as per consumer law.

So please don't cheat me and refund for the same immediately.

Note: Still I have not received any reply from your help desk more than 15 days.

Now More than 19 days completed, As I requested lot of times through emails and phone calls am undergoing lot of mental tension and agony due to your non refund Rs. 25, 400/- to me. Since there is no proper response from your side regarding refund, I have decided to further complaint with consumer court, Cyber crime, Chennai police department, Chief Minister Cell & Prime Minister Cell also.
