[Resolved]  AskMeBazaar.com — DISAPPOINTMENT FOR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly forward the below stated complaint tot the head (Regional Director/Manager sony india) of Sony that their brand name is being missued by ASKMEBAZAAR.COM by giving a wrong product to the customers under the name of SONY. I had ordered a powerbank Sony10000mah for Rs. 679- (ORDER NO- AB2567118) from askmebazaar.com webiste approximately two weeks ago. When I received the product I was completely shocked to see that it was a wrong product, because what I received was MI Xiomi 10000mah powerbank. Immediately I complaint to your caller centre and informed them of the above.The representative who received my call, took my baank details and informed me that somebody from our backoffice will call you within a week and will solve your problem. I was also informed that somebody will come and collect the product and after two weeks I will be receiiving my payment. I informed them immediately that this is not acceptable to me, but he still insist that somebody from the back office will call you and you can discuss this matter with them.During my discussion I also informed the representative to change the product, but rather he informed that it is not the company's policy to change the product which shocked me more. I requested that already twelve days have passed and I havent received any call from your backoffice nor received my refund so kindly look into the matter at the earliest and arrange to solve this problem immediately. So it is request to kindly stop dealing with such fraud companies and not allow them to spoit a brand image of sony.
