Finally they unable to delivery the mobile phone. after compalin to consumer forum they call me on morning5.30am and they say we cant delivery the phone i[censored] pay the money first then we will give the phone. i say that that is selected on cash on delivery so why we pay first? they don't response and i say them that i will complain to consumer forum they say are u in advocate profession they misbehave with me the customer service representative is roughly talk with me that if you have no many to give us then why u ordered the phone? like this types of language they used on me. our details are given below: Model No. Lenovo A 6000( 16gb ). Customer name to delivered; Arka Das Date of order: 29th march2016 Delivery date as per company say : xpress delivery on next day.
