[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Order status of nokia 225 handset | |||||
I had ordered for a Nokia 225 mobile on 21st October, 2015. I called up to customer care on 4th Nov, 2015 and asked about the status. the customer care executive informed me that due to limited stock availability the order has been cancelled. If so, then why didn't anyone from askmebazaar.com took the pain to inform me once, while I had ordered the product on 21st October, 2015. Moreover it was a prepaid order, then why didn't the order was processed after receiving the amount. Order id# AB6424285 I have also raised a ticket at http://support.askmebazaar.com/, but I haven't received any feedback from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
