[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Stone found in the parcel instead of a mobile phone | |||||
HI, I have ordered a Micromax Canvas Juice 2 from Askmebazaar.com on 01/02/16 and received the parcel on 04/02/16. After opening the box i have a stone was placed inside the brown box and mobile hone was missing. I've contacted customer care of askmebazaar and informed them about the incident. They have told me to email the images of the parcel and they will refund the amount within 13 business days. I have sent around 7 images of the parcel to their customer support email id. On 11/02/16 i have received a text message from askmebazaar stating that the item was shipped in proper packaging and they can not refund the amount. My order number is AB9405561.
