[Resolved] Askmebazaar — damaged product and late delivery . | |
Hi,
i purchased a product from ask me bazaar . I placed my oder on 10-3-15 and got my product after 25 days and i recived the product( mi power bank 10400 was my product ) but found it damaged its power was completly drained and at the very moment i call the customer care and raised a complaint .they told me like they will refund me and the product will be taken back but till now i haven't get the money nor the response i called the customer care service several times but all they say is like my issue will be resolved .its been 2 months now and i am not able to use the product. and my money is gone.
