[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Defective Product from Askmebazaar | |||
I purchased samsung 9000mah powerbank from askmebazaar having order No. "AB2548647" at 419Rs . I received that product on 30th Apr'15 & i started using this product from next day. After using this what i found is the product is not capable of charging my samsung mobile battery one time even after charging continuously for 12 Hours.(i.e. even after having capacity of 9000mah as described on it. Its got empty within 15-20 Mins.) thereafter i tried to register complaint on askmebazaar helpline to return that product they denied me with the answer that after 48 Hours of dispatch we can't file any complaint. when askmebazaar is offering branded product at the discounted price, they need to take complaints also if they are dispatching garbage to our doorsteps. Request either replace that defective product with Ok product or refund same amount in my account because no customer want defective product when we are paying for Goods we can utilize.
