[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Fake Product/Not as described | |||
Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Sony 10000 mAh Power Bank from your website and it was delivered on the 5th of May. However, I received a fake xiaomi mi(a copy of the original xiaomi mi 10400mAh power bank). This is very shameful for a company of your repute. When you describe a product in a certain way, you should make sure that is what your suppliers deliver to your customers.I lodged a complaint here on the 5th too and you responded asking for my order ID but did nothing about it. Not only is the product fake, it barely works. The power bank discharges in under 30 minutes and barely adds 3-4% to my phone. Rest assured, I will make sure no one I know ever orders something from your website. The least you could do is replace the product or refund my money. AB2605547 is my order ID.Kindly replace the product with an original one that works, or refund my money at the earliest. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Here is a picture of the product promised. It clearly says manufactured by sony and brand sony. But what I received is a fake one, and it isn't even a copy of sony.

I had received a call from one of your representatives that my money for this order shall be refunded within 5-7 days. I got this call on the 8th of May, which was a week ago. My money has still not been refunded.This is my order ID: AB2605547.
Kindly look into this and refund my money at the earliest.
