[Resolved] Askmebazaar — i did not get the refund of Rs.400 as my product was not delivered at all | |||
Dear sir, I a regular online customer of various online shopping websites.For a change I have tried askmebazar website on 27th April 2015 for e-shopping.I am sorry to say that it is by mistake to choose this website as It has given 3rd class services till now.I have purchased a merchandise of Rs.400 and paid through my credit card.To my surprise i hvae not received the product at all.Regarding this when I have contacted toll free no [protected], the customer care executive apologized and said my queries would be sorted out within 48 hours.I have waited for 2, 3 days again I called...I got the same answers.In this process I have spent Rs.80 to 90 as number is not Toll free. Till now no one from Askmeebazar has contacted me and my money is not refunded.
