I have purchased 2- Samsung 2600mAh Power Bank Product last month and its not working properly and I have complaint Nos from the date 28/1/[protected], qrc72794, qrc89841, qrc102071 they told me we will send to someone to collect the defected piece and will refund the money but till now no one has come and no one has refund the money .. After I Put this complaint they call me and say sorry & they will give me refund they take my account details too but still not get any refund.
