[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Non receipt of bill for order ID EBG2023638 and EBG2023774 from seller : Next Day Delivery | |||
I placed orders of total 8 2600mah Samsung powerbanks, prepaid for Rs. 2800 using credit card. It was ordered on 21 April and delivered on 22 April by Next Day Delivery Seller. Even after calling customer care repeatedly, they cannot find the order id in their systems. I have raised the issue repeatedly but have received no reply from their end. This is an extremely serious issue. They have been extremely unhelpful. There was no paper bill along with the order either, which I found surprising Was this information helpful? | |||
