i had purchased samsung power bank of rs 300 in the month of january 2015 . also rais complen for that and i retured product on same month but till today i not gett my money back so please help me if you can. i also rais complain so many times but not get my money back.. they cheat me... I have purchase one power bank on 05th April 2015 but there some technical fault thats why i return the product after three days from delivered date but till know i have not received my payment. When i call to customer Care but there no any resolution it give me another deadline that payment is procced but in my bank account it not reflict till now.
