Askmebazaar — Order not delivered and cancelled without intimation - DGA530097 | |||
I had ordered a Philips HP8315 Hair Straightener vide Order# DGA530097 on 26-Nov-14. I had paid the payment online and had been waiting for the item to arrive. Tried contacting on the number[protected] multiple times to knwo the status of the order and everytime I was told that a complaint has been registered and I would receive a callback which never came. Finally I received a call today on 13-Dec-14 to tell that my order has been cancelled as they tried calling me multiple times and I did not answer the phone.. This is totally incorrect and insane. I do not agree to this at all. I need to know why the item has not been delivered and how did it get cancelled automatically. I ALSO WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
