[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Overcharging of product | |||||
This Complaint is Old but after chasing for almost two months there is no solution provided. I have written numorous mails to Askmebazaar but no response from there side there are evidence then also they are not responding. Finally I thought to share the details in Consumer Complain Fourm. I have received these two orders from Askme both the orders are have two packets so total 04 packets. The courier company "BLUE Dart " has charged 729X4 = 2916 whereas they should charge 729X2= 1458 only. I have called up the blue dart executive and he told that they have received four parcel with different AWB no : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] with COD amount of one parcel is Rs 729/- My parents have received the order please check back with the courier and to the seller and also Askmebazaar why this stupid thing has happened. Then and there they have still not solved the problem. The incident have occurred on 25th of August, 2015. Please see if you could support. Or let me know how to proceed further.
