[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Pathetic Customer Service | |||
Hello Team, My name is Karthick and my mobile numebr is [protected]. I have received email from askmebazaar with the offer for MI Power bank. I have placed a order on 13 April 2015 AB2231036 and they have i will receive the product within 10 days. But i didnt received it hence i called the customer care on 12 days from the ordered date and they confirmed i will receive in 2 days but i didnt received. I called the customer care again and they said your order was cancelled and you will receive your money in 10 working days. Still i didnt receive my money. Again i booked MI powerbank from askmebazaar and the id is DGA2852911 and it is also cancelled. I still didnt received the reason for cancelling my order. Kindly escalate this issue and i never had this kind of cheap and pathetic customer service from any online shopping. Regards Karthick Was this information helpful? | |||
