i have received a samsung power bank wrong product at ur end made up complaint on your customer care no plenty of time and given NOLIKE QRC 341596.and the product quality is very pathetic kindly refund my amount Rs, 599 in my sb account which i gave it. other wise i am having your bill as well as return taken acknowledgement voice recorded based on that i will go to the consumer forum.
