iam complainting from one month but they are not refuding the amount . they froud me by sending the duplicate product in the name of branded company (samsung). i raised complaint many times in their customer care service but they are not responding yet. My product is power bank. its order number is- DGA1609227 the complaint number is QRC301926 QRC368129 QRC445754 Pls kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this, and make my payment refund to me as soon as possible
