Askmebazaar — product was cancelled and didnt get money back

I ordered a xiaomi power bank 5200 mah(product order no AB 915792) and i paid the money through debit card . I also made sure that product was confirmed and they told that product would be delivered in 10 days.I waited for 10 days and didn't get my product and I ringed them up and they told me that my product was cancelled.They told me that my money would be credited back my account in 5 days . It's been 10 days since that and haven't recieved my money yet .I hope necessary action would be taken at the earliest .
