Askmebazaar — Refund against Faulty Product send by company | |||
Hello, This is Sahil. I have ordered a product "Redmi 10400mah power bank" from Askmebazaar which I received on 30th jan. And from next three days I raise a complaint for reverse pick up because the product they have delivered is not genuine and not worked according to specification of product and also have a lot of scratches on it plus packed not in company's box. It is more than 2 month. I did weekly call on customer care and tell them about the complaint i have registered but no response they give. Every time they told that "We have forward your complaint to higher authorities on priority bases and they will respond you within 2-3 days But no call and message I received. I, even sent email to them and told them to refund my money but still they behave same generate a complaint number every time and tell me, you will get a Call or message. But nothing is happened and I still don't get any solution. Even on 25th march they call me and said you reverse pick is generated and will be taken up in next 2-3 days and take my bank account details for refunding process.. But still same they just complete their formality..No person still come and no other call. Worst Company and its worst customer support. it is showing that it is fake company and make people fool. But now, i want my money back as soon as possible. Please provide me my money back. Please help me. Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |||
