[Resolved] Askmebazaar — REFUND NOT INITIATED ALOMST 2 MONTHS PASSED | |||
Hi, I have ordered for Samsung Power Bank with Order No: AB1005240 at ASKME BAZAR and had found defective and returned back and requested for refund of Rs. 599 This is almost 2 months from the date of purchase and product has been returned on 16th March to your courier partner. Till date I have not received my refund. I have made three complaints regarding this bearing complaint numbers QRC112859, QRC177342, QRC250445 but no action has been taken till now. All the time when I call customer care they say refund will be processed in two days and FYKI many 2 days has been passed for last month to till date. Please resolve the issue to process the payment.
