Askmebazaar — Refund of amount paid

I had placed an order with Askmebazaar, I had placed an order on 22.01.2015, my order id was "Wa84887111". I was intimated after my 4 calls at askmebaazar help line number that my order was cancelled. I had called 4 times, my complain was registered & i was promised by your executives that i will receive call from their side but they didn't. My complain numbers are QRC76009 & QRC76019. I have made payment of Rs.329, transaction id was IG00MEJCH8 dated 22/01/2015 from SBBJ bank on 22.01.2015.
