I placed two orders with you and payed online: 1. DGA5770218 2. DGA5770453 I got a text saying my order is cancelled. When enquired you told me because item is not is stock. I had ordered some other products from the same seller on amazon.in which I received the next day. It had their contact details. When I asked them about the product being in stock, they clearly told me that they have it in stock and you are not paying them so they can only ship after getting the money from you. When I have paid you, why didn't you pay them and why did you cancel your order. I need my refund by Next week. I have all documentary proofs about you guys lying about unavailability of the product with the seller. So just refund my Money by Tuesday and go on with your sick life. Don't give me 8-10 working days non sense. Text says 5-7 days and you guys tell me 8-10 days. Give me contact details of your CFO. I will speak with him if required and maybe explain him some business ethics. It's my 15K not yours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
