[Resolved] Askmebazaar — regarding about the change of product | |||
I had been ordered for "Sony 10000mAh power bank' which has the order No.AB[protected] Order Date 11.05.151.57pm. It was delivered to me on the 01.06.2015. When I uncovered the parcel. I coming to know that my order has been changed. Instead of Sony they had given Samsung power bank. I had registered my complaint to customer Care no. [protected].They had registered my complaint and given the complaint No.27814455 and also got my bank account no. and IFSC CODE NO, for repaying my money. But they don't repay my amount until now.
