Askmebazaar — RETURN PRODUCT AS IT DOES NOT ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS

Sir/Madam, i got an order No. AB838507, LIMO 2600 Mah Powerbank. firstly it states on packing that it contains an orange colour powerbank while the product received is of white colour, secondly there is no name of brand on the product or its packing and beside all these it is not working as stated. it charges my SAMSUNG galaxy S-7582 smartphone for only 2-3 minutes and then get discharged. i tried it with other mobile phones also but condition remained the same. please recollect this product and return my money of rs.299/-.
