[Resolved] Askmebazaar — RETURNING PRODUCTS | |||
I have ordered a xiaomi mi power bank 10400 mah.first of all they had handed to me a duplicate product and damaged product.I had complaint about the product and told them to replace my product but they told to replace my product.I had my complaint on 26 feb 2015 but till now they not replace my product.i have called about 9 times but every time they said that within 7 days courier person will come to hand over the product but till now their is no call or sms from courier and askmebaazar. and i have but they are saying that your product cannot be replace but the amount will be refund.I have to refund my amount but still no call from askmebaazer.What i can do Was this information helpful? | |||
