[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — samsung power bank duplicate send

I purchased a samsung power bank, it was not working on receive, i complained on may 30.05.15 and informed ur custmer care, it was reversed picked on 04.06.15 pickup receipt no[protected]AB3177867), today 24.06.15 .12 working days complete till money not yet transfered in my account, so many time inform to ur custmer care speak with supervisour but no action till taken HENCE i go through this case to consumer court for necessary action and further other will not suffer by this product

Thanks resolve my complain yesterday and money refunded by ask me bazar team After 25 days problem resolve but one supervisor madam miss asha dont no how to speak with the custamer and not answering regarding the problems just hearing and keep silence may be she has to work in award flim thanku once again ask me bazar team
