I purchased a samsung power bank, it was not working on receive, i complained on may 30.05.15 and informed ur custmer care, it was reversed picked on 04.06.15 pickup receipt no[protected]AB3177867), today 24.06.15 .12 working days complete till money not yet transfered in my account, so many time inform to ur custmer care speak with supervisour but no action till taken HENCE i go through this case to consumer court for necessary action and further other will not suffer by this product Was this information helpful? | |||
