[Resolved] Askmebazaar — send damaged product/not refund product money | |||
hello sir/ madam maine 09/jan/2015 ko ask me se power bank online oder kiya tha jiska order no hai (AB798439 --dated 09/01/2015 time 21.39pm ) Or ye product mujhe Getibazar shipmant awb[protected] se diliver karaya gaya tha. But jo product ask me se deliver karaya gyatha to damaged and not working condition me tha. So maine usko customer care par 22/01/2015 ko 05.36 pm complain kr thi. companay se massege aaya ke aapka product 10 to 12 working days me wapas ho jayega or amount aapke account me refund ho jayaga. but aisa kuch nahi. mai kai bar call ki fir jakar 02/03/2015 me product wapas hua but mouney abhi tak refund nahi hui hai.. maine kai bar call ki but koi response nai mila har bas yahi reply mila hai ke aapka refund 10 to 12 working days me wapas aa jayega But tak nai aaya hai.. call delait 12/Feb/2015 complaint no QRC 103440 10/Mar/2015 complaint no QRC 166217 23/Mar/2015 complaint no QRC 130629 Sir plz i requested to solve my problem regards Puneet sharma mail sharma.[protected]@gmail.com mob +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
