Dear Sir we ordered for sunflame Gas Stove crystal plus on dated 07 feb & we paid the amount same time of Rs 5019 ( order no ABF 2699963) when we did not recd the produuct & i contacted you, I was informed that now this order has been cancelled & they have given me the REF NO QRC 80671278, but till now no confirmation message has been recd to me.
