[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Wrong product delivered and delivered product malfunctioning | |||
I ordered a Sony 10000mAh Power Bank on 02/05/2015 and the product was delivered on 07/05/2015 for COD. I made the payment as the product on the packing was written the same what I ordered for but after opening the packet it was found that the product differs and they sent me mi company Chinese power bank. The company I ordered was sony and the bill was also of sony, the power bank sent is not working and not getting charged even. The seller name is MY LIMO TRADING, C-23, OFFICE NO 3, GROUND FLOOR, SEC-63, NOIDA, UP, INDIA, 201301. I Request for replacement of the product and provide me a genuine SONY product.
