I got a call from askme solution for online form filling part time job, a women explained me about the job and they send me the agreement which i signed but didnot tell me about the policy and they provide a username and password and told me that i have to fill 1500 forms from which 1400 should be correct, i have not done the workand now they asked that i have to pay 7000rs because my qc is failed.
after 1 month i received a message from HP-LEGALC WITH ID NO.
What should i do should i pay them money or file case against the company.
And his advocate is calling me and forced to pay the amount.
What should i do?

Please see any fraud company name ask me captcha work they call me and say join home base job. When I go there they say deposit 3000 rs and they provide me an I'd password after that I download ATS in Google play store and login to my I'd. After few day when I say for payment they ignore me and block my I'd when I call customer care [protected] they say your I'd found multiple login so server block you any company not return money . So please help to trace fraud.

Website not founded so i completely negligible to the internet world.
Whenever person search my institute by name or other keywords, showing my page, but when open any tab, here showing nothing, no thing found etc etc. That was too bad, my business going to loses.
My reputation going down, customer blamed me, where can they see my promotion/ business details etc.
15 days passed but problem remain same,
Askme.Com destroying my business.
I am getting mentally harassed.
I want waiver for those period.
Because of this duration many people search me, but nobody see me, reason was askme.

But my Askme website "Rays10407.askme.com" not showing 26 july 2016 to present. i complaint to company, local executive.
But problem not resolved.
Whenever i flashed messages to Students or my marketing areas, i mentioned that website for more details. but website not found last 13 days to till, so how market known about my new scheme/ classes/ new batches etc.
and website not showing are shows me fraud.
my market value my reputation down in market.
please give some positive for me.

We eat n joy bakers from hyderabad entered into a contract with askme.com for a 1 year package. while entering the contract the marketing people of askme just said that they will bring us new customers and it will create a platform for the business expansion.
The contract has been entered in the month of feb till date we haven't done the business through askme.com
As and when we called to the customer support team they just telling that we haven't promised you about the customers and it is just a promotional based contract which is totally different from the terms while the payment is made
We haven't done the business for what we have paid
Just don't defraud customers with false contract terms
And don't defame yourself

Actual shipment was 4 to 6 working hours but they have taken already 4 days, Called 4 times in last 3 days but same answer will get back to you in 1 hour.with same response that we have forwarded your complaint to concerned team. Kindly help me out to product delivered. So I'm waiting to get justice.The most 3rd class service i ever got from any online service portal.I will write every where on all network side and will suggest people never ever use Askme Bazar service.Everybody has written -ve about them.My mistake was without reading reviews i order from Askme Bazar Grocery.Please helpme

I had purchased online marketing deal from askme.com.
The sales man promised professional photo shoot for my gym and also promised 26 leads per month if i approve the deal.
I paid them 11, 500 cheque and form next day they declined half the services including professional photo shoot.
When i asked them to refund them my money, they are saying that i have to wait for three months and they will cut the 20% amount of the deal including service taxes.

I am highly disappointed from their services and want to get my money back.
please let me know which group here can help me out.

Request you to please see how your company mentally harrase customers and dont believe in delivering products.

I ordered 4 orders of 5gm gold coin each on 14th may with order numbers order id: ab12127322 and order id: ab12127308 and order id: ab12127296 and order id: ab12127281 amounting to almost 60000 rs which is my hard earned money which i cant let go like this in charity to askme.

Order was made on 14th may and 10 working days got over on 27th may but there was no response from your company so i called your company and parked several mails so after speaking to puneet supervisor on helpline i was assured that product will be delivered and than i got a call from concerned department that designer gold coin is not available and plain gold will be sent so i agreeed to it and this happened after esclating the matter and after speaking to puneet supervisor and than product was reallocated to different seller on 1st june but again no action was taken and again on 5th june i had long fight on your helpline and i was told that now product is in logistics booked status and will be shipped very soon with bluedart courier so i got somehow convinced

But

On 13th june at 12.54 pm i got a call from number [protected] from lalita kashyap from confirmation department saying that 5 gm gold coin with code 918 is not available and now if i confirm than 5 gm gold coin with code 995 will come so i said how it is not available now as on 5th june it was in logisitics booked status than how it can become now unavailable

O she said sorry and confirmed me that now product will be delivered asap and she was asking for another 10 working days so call was transferred to supervisor mayank mishra and he assured me that product will be delivered and only code will be changed to 995 but while taking to him i received mes on my mobile that orders are cancelled so i informed him immediately but he said dont worry your orders will be delivered.

Now i am checking status on your website and again called your helpline and both states that orders are cancelled so tell me how orders can be cancelled after getting confirmation from supervisor mayank mishra and i need product only not the refund and that too in 2 days itself as already one month is over today being 14th june 2016 and order was made on 14th may 2016

Hope after writing to ceo and cfo i will get justice in this case as i am literal mentally harrased in this and i am sure i will not be compelled to take legal actions including police fir and consumer forum.

Please help in this.
Looking ahead for your positive revert and action on this.

This is navneet singh bhatia from noida. I have complaint against askme.com. This company is totally fraud and non working. I am really disappointed to deal with askme because i have start paid service deal with askme for my business singh skin cure from 21 jan 2016 with your sales field executive mr. Nitin gupta (Employee code- nd3323 ) . At that time he has committed me that your (My) add running on google within one month but now a day nobody attend me from your side that what are you doing for me.. Mr. Nitin not attend my call after collect money rs 6500/-. So if you can not do anything please return my money rs. 6000/- on urgent basis otherwise i will complaint in consumer court and social media so please do as soon as possible.

Employee mr. Nitin gupta had committed me this is refundable product as you want with guarantee. It means to say that your company is totally fraud he has also committed me that your company name will be seen at google platform within one month

I am registered a s a seller on ask me baazar and for selling the pay us our amount after 15 days of the completion of the order which we sent.
It is more then 0ne month over and they are not giving my payment. When asked to customer care they are saying it will take more 10 to 12 days. As it is in processing this is pure cheating with me.
