Aspire World Immigration Consultancy — Non refund of money

I am Jincy sajan who was looking for a Nurse job in Dubai and applied in Naukri.com.On May 2016 Ms Myra from Aspire world Immigration consultancy Delhi called me and offer a Govt job in Dubai.they asked me to pay 37300 for the job and i was continuously asking them whether its a conformed job.They assure me I will surely get the job in 3 months.I signed in their Legal agrement and paid 37300 as 3 instalment from may 2016.Unfortunately they couldnt find a job for me and they wasted my prescious time as my DHA license was supposed to be expire on october 10th.I waited for them till october 1st and I came to know that they were cheating me.So I request them for refund, as per their agrement they will refund in 3 months.I was asking for refund for more than 6 months but they are not responding.I make soo many mails and phone calls, but they are not willing to give my monet back and asking me to complain wherever i want.
