Assure Health Care — non response and no identity or address

A person stating that i have to renew the insurancce i have taken already and is due for renewal. When i replied negative he had given all my details and saidd i had taken this insurance. Then i referred to him whether he is from iho health card since i have taken that and immediately cancelled it since they have not done anything as promised over phone and i ggot the money back. But he said it is not the one. At the time of conversation i was in jammu on pilgrimage trip and i said ok and i will renew it. I had received a mail on 11 may 2019 from jd pay demanding rs.4999 and i paid on net banking. But more than 15 days lapsed but nothing heard and i dont know there address or identity and the mobile no given by jd [protected] no response.

I don't have confidence on this company/orgasnisers viz. Assure health care and want the money to be returned immediately without further delay failing which i will make the complaint to the police to recocver the money paid by me.

I expecct you to take action accordingly.
