the above company was fapcco previously(they saying parent company is assure health care). when speaking to then they told that ur previous policy was on feb 2020 and the policy term is 2 years and due to covid we have extended it till 2023. for all these days when i tried to contat them no one was able to respond.
now they tellling that we are now providing the claim for u for the covid and we will give u the complete...

One fraud I don't know what is his real name for example he is calling in different number with names like lenin, shanmugam etc., he is no. 1 fraud if anybody ready to give complaint his name please share your details we will complaint against this fellow...

A person stating that i have to renew the insurancce i have taken already and is due for renewal. When i replied negative he had given all my details and saidd i had taken this insurance. Then i referred to him whether he is from iho health card since i have taken that and immediately cancelled it since they have not done anything as promised over phone and i ggot the money back.
