Assured Kart — Assured is making online fraud

I saw ad from Assured kart in youtube today (12/29/2020) telling that Philips MG7715/15 13 in 1 Multi-Groomer Trimmer was available for Rs 599 with an offer of 87%, the original cost of the trimmer is Rs.4599

When i ordered for the trimmer (on 12/29/2020) in the online using paytm, i got two messages saying

" your order has been successfully placed with order id AS32332381, please check your email for more details. Thank you for shopping at Assuredkart",

But i couldn't able to track my order and didn't received any email, but Rs 599 amount got deducted from my bank account and got paid to that fraudulent website

Can you plz take action on this fraudulent website and help me to get my money back
