I placed order for asthijivak on 27 april 2016. And since i did not find the product good . I kept asking the jaipur agency where to send the courier or product back they did not give me the returning adress for almost a week. I returned the product by courier on 6th may 2016. On 10th the courier reached indore. However i am told that we cannot get the refund as the company did not receive the packet on time. I do not agree on this as the courier reached the co well intime. I need my full refund else i shall be forced to take steps that may malign the image of this copamy. Very bad the product usage increased my knee pain manifold. Also the co did not give any information for so many days now since then there is no further action or refund of my money as per money back gurantee.
