Booking- 12/02/17, id -ASTHI-170883, docket No- EI[protected]IN, desp date- 14/02/17 by India Post. I am in Delhi and ordered this for my uncle in Odisha, mob No- [protected]. After using no benefit found. On day one contacted you about use, used for weeks, got nil benefit. Contacted several times {fm above mob No. o[censored]ncle}, for refund but no fruit. Waiting for months lost all hope hence lodging complaint. Resolve it soon, else will take legal course. Thanq.

With reference to my complaint dated today, some Rahul Saxena (mob no. [protected]- Airtel) rang up asking bank card details which he was not supposed to do. Further, he said the amount can be refunded only thru some voucher from corporate a/c not thru rtgs/neft to my a/c. What is this? Seems to be fraud. Kindly opine & suggest remedy.

I ordered it for my mom, the dealer tells everyday that it will be delivered in 2 days, but never got delivered in 45 days.
Next i ordered the product from the head office at indore by calling them. It has already been 25 days and the product is not delivered. The person in the office confirms everytime that it will be sent in 2 days, god nows how long is 2 day for ashtijivak...
After calling again an again they say that there is jo stock. When i ordered initially, they wanted me to order 2 boxes. Lol... How can you deliver multiple boxes and confirm to be delivered in 2 days when you cant send even one.
Even if it is delivered which i do not expect, can you explain if it should actually take more than a month to deliver medical ointments. Really pathetic...

I orderd asthi jivak and received it on 21 nov 2017 as cash payment ##2900 ## rupees . i applied on my father knee then ### lep cant prepared ###
after this i called customer care & they said ## product## does not belong to them .
means i received fake product of asthi jivak

I ordered this for my mom 2 months back. The product was ok but we did not see any improvement. However, i ordered 2 more in june. This time the quality was not at all good. The powder has a different color and smell of the oil changed. Also, itching and redness started after applying the pack. The pack is drying up the skin and this will not go for more that 2 days. Since it is more that 15 days, i couldn't even return as per their policy. But this is so disappointing and not sure how the tv channels are promoting.

We had ordered astijivak from them for my papa who is in orissa. Some one from astijivak has called and told him if you pay for the medicine by card you will get the medicine faster instead of cash on delivery and he has collected card details including cvv number and he has used the card for online shopping worth 49, 000. So we came to know about this immediately after disconnecting the call. My papa received an sms stating thanks for using your card for online shopping for 49, 000. This company is a total fraud. We have given police complaint and in the bank. They are behind them but it will take its own time and not sure about the money. Please anybody let us know what has to be done. I bought this product for my mom. But even after applying for more than 5 boxes there is not a single type of relief. Totally priceless product. Fake product. Cheating company and product. When I called them to refund my money even after using the 5th box, they are still asking me to try one more box and not ready to give me refund. Plz don't go through asthijivak add. They misguide you.

I bought this product on 4 th april. After applying it as mentioned in leaflet for 10 days continuously no improvement was found. So as promised by the company i contacted their customer care for "refund within 15 days". They advised me to continue the application for 30 days more. If improvement does not occur they told me to contact again. So after application of 35 days i contacted them again on 9th may and now they refuse to refund. I think their refund policy is a bluff. I want my money back!

I got to know about this product on TV and purchased for my mother. 15 days return policy on the box but when I complained to customer care on 13th day that No benefit then Customer care executive said you have to return this and should reach by 15th day and will not be accepted on 16th day. This should be returned if complaining with 15th day. This is a fake product and strict action should be taken against the company.

I have made an order of Rs.3260\- with asthiijivak on 25/12/2016 for pune location, but since same product was delivered at my home town in Nagpur i have to initiate cancellation of my order that was to be delivered at pune. Cancellation was made on 29/12/2016, i was told that courier charge Rs.200\- will be deducted and remaining amount i.e. Rs. 3060\- will be refunded after 15days.
Now its more than 2 months and i have not received my amount. Moreover i have send them so many mails and i am still calling them 50-60 times in a day, still no action has been taken, no refund has been initiated. Staff is so irresponsible that they don't even receive call or reply to any of my mails.
I think Anu Kapoor should not be an ambassador of such fake company.

It does not work.. i bought this via home delivery .. but after using for 4 days there was no effect on knees and decided it to return... i dispached there product to there office and this reaced them with in 2 days.. i asked for my money but you people are making us fool

You promise to return money if it does'nt work .. but its 3 months of calling and asking for my money back..
its final time i am contacting you people and after it i will file a case against you in a consumer court and a FIR will be launched againt you.

so if you still want to return my money then transfer it fast

Asthijivak is totally fake product.I buy for my mother.but no changes have seen on knee pain.they also not give satisfied answer on call and not give return money for unsatisfied customer.
Stop your add from TV so that in future, many people stay away from this fake item and not loose money.

I have received Asthijivak today at 4 pm. i gave full payment to courier boy and when I opened the box all box was completely drenched in oil. Even your pamphlet and patti was also soaked in oil. Oil bottles were not sealed and not even tightly closed. Oil was almost wasted. I am attaching the photos of product as received by me. I have lodged a complaint on your phone nos. also. They advice to complaint online.

Bought this product for my mother .after using it for 12 days full in the same way as instructed with full faith..we were totally disappointed..no effect at all.they show in add as from 1st day one can see difference.even after 12days nothing happened..since they insist on using it for 1 month i told my mom to be patient and not to loose hope..but all our efforts n faith on the product has gone in vein..even the money back policy is humback..is this some cloth or shoe u try it once or twice and immediately realise that it needs to be changed..they ask u to use it for 1 month for complete benefit.. but return policy within 15 days. i called him continuously from 12 days of my first call and now day they tell me sorry we are not reurn your money, so what people like us have to do.if my intention was only to get money back i would have returned it immediately.

Purchased the medicine vide challan no 1014236dated 5/10/16. Since medicine did not suite retune by courier on 17/10/16 to their Indore address with all the necessary documents required by them. No amount has been refunded till this date inspite of so many phone calls. I have spent Rs.3800/. Rs 3400/- medicine cost + 200/ for delivery charges+ 200/- for courier charges to return the amount. Pl. Do the. Needful.

This is complete waste of money, I bought this in may 2016, but it is pathetic oil, too much drama to use but no result, not even 1% effective, it true that medicine work on different body on different way but this is not worth the money at all.

These people do not make refunds, m trying since 2 months. I cancelled my order did not use even for a day. Still asthijivak did not initiate any refund. i am calling them 60 times a day.

Ek frnd ki mummy ne 15 din se phle waps kr diya pr unke bh paise nh lautaye abhi tak. 3 mahine se call kr rha hu... Mai peshe se ek teacher hu, aaj apne aap ko thaga hua mehsoos kr raha hu.. Meri 1 mahine ki salary ka nuksan ho gya. Koi mjhe mere paise wapas dilwaye.

As by your advertisement for knee pain, we buy product asthijivak through courier on 31.12.2016.
My father using it every day .45 days of course completed. But knee joint pain is same, even though using it.
whats the reason in work fail of asthivak product .so please resolve this issue .

The so-called medicine does not work. After having used 2 full courses of medicines for 3 months my wife's joint pains have not subsided have only increased. She is not able to walk properly now. Contacted the company but there is no response.

The company is only giving constant tv advertisements with out of work film and tv actors to get publicity.

I have bought asthi jeevak for my father on which is order placed on one day it has very worse packaging, both oil bottles are half filled and powder bottle having no seal, i have launch complaint for replacement but we have no feed back, request you dont buy such product.
