My name is Pradeep Singh. I had ordered Asthijivak & I use it for 3-4 days on may mother's knee but my mother told me it is not effective instead it is creating more pain in the knee. Then I redeliver it to Aksthijiva Telemart as per their instructions. They told me that they will refund the money within 15-20 days but I did not get any money yet. They told me that I will get the call from account department but neither I got any call nor I got the money refund. According to me this company is fraud. It's been above a month but I didn't get anything. If anyone has the solution then please suggest.
