I have purchase asthijevak for my wife who is suffering from knee pain after 10 day use I my wife have no relief, I have call 2-3 times for product n complain about it on today I have send my courier by professional courier doc no JLR5192722 on 4-1-17
i have order it at 9 Pm and i get received on 23/12/2016 at 1 Pm i get shocked at the time of order i ask the lady how to apply the product she told me that the person deliver the product will tell how to use, after received the product i ask to my wife about use of Medicines she told me that the courier person only deliver the product, i call the company they told me the use guide is in the Pack, i found the 2-3 line i at that time ask to person to return the product but he told me to arrange the return process, again i call on next day on 24/12/16 they any how conveyance me to use at least 10 days than return, on 4/01/17 at 8.30 pm i ask the wife about the Medicines she told no relief i again call, and the representative says that may be some patient take more time and trying to conveyance me and my wife to use at least 45 days, every time i call my call end with the word " next time u will call me to thanks " but it was my mistake to order the Product and i return back to the company by Professional Courier

I had placed an order for AsthiJivak through teleshopping on 11th Dec and had Rs.3600 via credit card. Material was shipped and received in couple of days but oil bottels were damaged.

I did talk to teleshopping representative and had sent the photos as proof for damaged item.

Till date i did not receive the item and teleshopping representative is not even receiving my calls from today onwards.

If the item cannot be replaced, i would like to have refund of Rs.1800.

I hope my problem is considered at your end and necessary action will be taken without any further details

Only after first application i had severe rashes, itching and swelling in the morning. I immediately stop using it.

Upon calling customer care at [protected] he said its not possible to have any side effect and drop the phone. After that he has stopped picking up my phone.
Pathetic product and pathetic service

I am krishan verma h/o rekha verma, have purchased the asthijivak product for knee pain on dt.16.12.2016, pateint rekha verma regularly using the product from 16.12.2016 to till but knee pain is increased instead of decreased. So, that we want to return the product as per conditions applied 15 days money back. Please advice accordingly.

On seeing your advertisement in TV, I had placed an order for “Knees pain Lep and Oil” which was sent to me through courier. It was a 45 days course and its cost was Rs.3, 600/-. On completion of this course, I received a telephone call from Asthijivak last week and I was informed that now you are to take one more course containing Capsules and Oil for 2 months duration. Accordingly, I placed order for the same. On 15/12/2016, I got the packet through courier. For this I paid Rs.2, 500/-. I was surprised on opening the packet as it was containing only three small bottles of 60 ml each. No capsules were sent to me. Thus the packet sent to me was not as per order. Further, the small bottles are also containing half filled oil. Obviously, it is also insufficient for 2 months course. I would also like to mention that the MRP printed on this packet is only Rs.1, 990/- whereas I have paid Rs.2, 500/-. Following is requested :-

(i) Capsules may be sent immediately so that I may continue the treatment.
(ii) Oil for 2 months course may be provided and the packet supplied to me may be exchanged with new one.

After applying your lep & ointment for a few days as per your instructions, my wife's knees started swelling & all rash came up & the knees became red like. We called to complain. This time your people were not cordial enough to talk. Immediately we re-parcelled you back. There was no response about the delivery. When again contacted on phone, after very long detailed talk ranging in two three days, you replied, money cannot be given back, as the parcel reached may be two days late. During peak Diwali time the parccels might have reached late, which we do not know. Your ad clearly states "if it does not suite or any problem arises, money will be refunded, & that's a gurantee."We opted to buy your product as Anoo Kapoor is your promoter whom we admire.

I ordered this worst prdct on 17-8-16 with billno#34856348, box code no#AJ425290 for 3600/- rupees.
My mother used this product from 18Aug2016 for knee pains. There is no relief within 15 days hence I clldup to customer care. They said use the total course for 45 days.
My mother continues the course, after 18 days from the date of purchase her knees started swelling, rashes, bubbles & turned her knees color into black. She unable to walk. Immediately we rush to hospital & started treatment. Lot of time n money we spent on treatment
I spent my money wastely to purchase this fraud product.
Plzz plzzz don't purchase this product it is totally fraud. Even customer care also not responding properly. U need to wait on loooooooong call waiting & that too not free.
Find the attached pics of my mother's knees that was taken on ongoing treatment.
Plzz return my money& ban the company & also the people who promoting this fraud product plzz take action on them.

I purchased asthijivak lep and oil for knee pain, used the lep(paste) as directed but no result observed as the said firm assured on the indian national TV
While preparing lep there was no smell of any herbs as listed by firm
The firm had promised to return the money if there is no improvement in the pain
But firm is denying for returning of money
Paid money Rs 3600/- be returned to me as committed by the firm

have bought asthijivak through online payment vide Consignment no EI[protected]IN. On tracking, it is shown as the item has been delivered at neemka B. O. while I have not received the same. On contacting neemka post office, they are unable to say anything on the matter. You are requested to trace out the same

I don't know how useful it is to complaint here. I ordered asthijivak product, order number 36555503 for my mother but after using this product, her condition got worst day by day. I have called customer care and ask them to return the product but they are suggesting to use it till 45 days.

I agree that their return policy is up to 15 days and I called them after 25 days but they can check the product that how much it has been used.

It's totally fraud company. My mother condition has got worst after using this product.

Hi i ordered this product as i suffered from knee pain.
when i asked them on the given no about the information of the product, they directly booked on my name and told me that u dont worry about the product its the best for knee pain. seeing the add i thought it might be a good one to help me in the knee pain, but believe me they r totally fraud. when i used for 7 days not even 1% relief i got through the product. when i called to the customer care they told me dont worry it will give effects after 15 days. i used it for 15 days but no relief. again i called they told me to use it and how it should be used.
they tried to pass almost 25 days by explaining me the method how to use. after no sigh of relief i told them i want to return the product, i called them again. their answer was the money back policy is only for 15 days. guys dont ever buy this product its totally cheat, as they just want to put the product in ur hands and want to grab money. they simply pass the time of 15 days and after that they tell us the clause of 15 days return so u cannot argue and have to keep the product. the product is useless and people who r sitting to answer ur call regarding the complaint r well trained to convine u for 20 days of time pass.

I have purchase Asthijivak after seeing ad on TV regarding the knee pain relief on 8/9/2016. Till delivery there was very good response and the product is being selled with money return policy. After my mother used it there was serious allergy in her knees and i called up there customer care and they said we will revert which they never. I called many times on their number [protected] and the lady were naming herself Mannat. I have bill with me and they dont now pick my phone. I request every body this is all fraud and my contact number is [protected] and my name is Rafiq. I am now going to sue this company for all fraud. My mother is still having alot allergy after using this product just once. I request everyone not to use Asthijivak. Dont purchase this product its total fraud and its wastage of money. There is no money back policy after selling the product. There service is pathetic.

I am using this product from last many months and there were no satisfactory results. So i called up to the customer care and they told me to try this product once more and definitely it will gives good result this time and i got my new order on 22nd october. But when i opened the box, i found that the paste box seal is broken and it is half in the quantity. Though the box was properly packed from outside. I thought that it could be a packaging defect. But when i used this product, i found that this product is completely different from the product, which i was using earlier. This time, i have received a wooden paste instead of a proper homeopathic paste. Which get mix up with the water easily and because a paste. But this time it wasn't getting mix up with the water. When i called up to the customer care, he was not agree to believe that the medicine got replaced in transit somewhere and i have received the defected product. Even though he was not ready to take my complain. Instead of giving me a solution, he told me that if i want my money back or to get replaced product, then i have a time of 12-15 hours to return back this paste to indore, madhya pradesh from gurgaon. After that it would not be accepted. Which is completely impossible. And moreover i have to bear all expense of it and this will be my responsibility to get deliver this product to them. They will not arrange any pickup of it. Though they have local distributor's and they usually get delivered this product though them.
When i told to customer care executive to transfer my call to his senior, he told me that there is no senior available and i have to call back to them again in morning. Then i told him to take my complain in written and give me a complain. He was not willing to take my complain and give me a complain no. 1033500. After lots of arguments. But he modify my complain as per his convenience. When i asked him the resolution time and response of my complain, he told me that i have to call them back and check the status. Which is completely rubbish.

The package delivered was packed from the outside i.e. the main asthijivak carton was packed thus the courier was accepted, however the lep box inside was tampered and its seal was broken. Both the boxes are supposed to contain 100 grms powder each (i.e. 200 grms Total) but as both boxes were already open the have less than 30 grms powder inside.

Thus I contacted customer care on[protected] and spoke to executives Reeta and her supervisor Rahul who refused to help and inspite of being courteous are clamming that no other customer had faced this problem and they wont do anything for this.

I am a senior citizen and I have requested them to pick up this order to either replace it with properly packed and sealed product or process the request for money back which I m entitled to.
Both the customer care executive rahul and reeta have refused to do so and said it is not their fault.

I know the company is responsible for all this thus they should provide me with a replacement or should give me my money back.

I have purchased asthijivak lep and oil from www.asthijivak.com on line on 05/07/2016 vide Inv. No.2016-17/jul/528 dt 06/07/2016 for ` Rs.3260/-(Manufactured by Vyas Pharma, Haridwar, U.K.) after getting some relief I further placed an order But this time asthijivak manufactured by Multani Pharma Ltd, Haridwar was sent and after using this product no relieff obtained and I have returned half product to the company (Teleworld marketing, Indore) and this time they send the asthijivak on which manfacturing co name was not print.
I have send so many mails to the company but no result obtained.
I request them to send the asthijivak manufactured by Vyas Pharma only.

We received asthijivak of total four packets in which we received one packet with good result & three packets we received with different rough texture with wood powder mix of duplicate products, we applied after using it we ddid not get any improvement instead we got allergy in the applied & skin is tuning in to black, 3 packets need to be replaced immediately & if any side side effects caused because of these duplicate products asthijivak is reponsible because of the duplicate products.

Please do the needfull & avoid these type of duplicate products in future.

The product sold online is a complete failure
it creates rashes on the knee and no benefit at all
I was told about return policy for the goods in 15 days which is also to fool the public
we have to return it to indore within 15 days with a cancelled cheque and reason for the same

also if you use the product for 15 days then how will the product reach within 15 days to Indore ?

Anu Kapoor should not endorse such dubious material to confuse the public

If the product is not working for me then they should pick it up from us and refund the money

I shwetha kiran, mob - [protected] of bangalore karnataka had purchased "asthijivak product" online from telemart shopping network pvt. Ltd. For my relative on 14.8.2016 mfg lic - uk-ay-l-317/2015 manufactured by marwals sevashram, f-109, 110 sidcul indistrial area selaqul, dehradun (Uttarakhand), which was really effective to the knee pain. Subsequently i ordered for the second product, the company supply the product on 20.9.2016, product mfg. Licence no.- uttra-ayu-128/2008, manufactured by "vyas pharmaceuticals", plot no-77, sector-6 (A), iie sidcul, haridwar (Uk). It seems to a duplicate product, immediately i spoke to customercare & they assured me to change the product. But again they bought the same duplicate product manufactured by "vyas pharmaceuticals", we are still facing the same problem and this is third time they are cheating us by sending the duplicate product manufactured by "vyas pharmaceuticals" (Which has no effect at all). It is advisable, authority should investigate the matter for the sake of the poor & old age customers and take corrective measures against the duplicate products which may harm the customer's. Also this issue must be taken seriously as it may effect to your company reputation.

I ordered asthijivak for my dad he is above 60+ while taking course of 45 days the pain remain same... Then i called them several time but they were not responding well... Now they r telling our refund policy was for 15 days but that was for damage parcel.in the adv. They r proudly talking about refund but in reallity they r making people fool... So i want my refund otherwise i will go to media i have their call records... So plzzz refund my money as early as possible
