We visited my brother in law named H M Kiri staying at opera house of mumbai to celebrate the RAKHI event.I saw the box of Asthijivak.I asked how much it helped you to relieve his knee pain.He said no improvement but on the contrary it has increased the pain.he contacted the customer care for REFUND as they advertise a lot for refund if no improvement.They do not comply to that but advised to use only oil.He tried that also but no benifit.Now they do not cooperate to hear even.He said he was lured by the ad on TV and it is totally fake.Just for money Mr, Anu Kapoor should not help in ad.I tempted to write this as others should not be VICTIM of it.

I am from indore, m. p. i bought this product from asthijivak's authoritiesed dealer - j. b marketing indore. order number[protected].
I bought this product watching the advertisement on television and used this product as per the instructions mentioned but it caused no reliefs to my pains instead caused irritation to my skin. the worst part is this is being advertised by the famous celebrity annu kapoor who is misguiding people by advertising this product. asthijivak advertisement also claims the refund if a person does not experience any relief. so i tried to contact the authoritiesed dealer but it turned out to be of no use. so i finally decided to file a complaint and came to know that many people are suffering by using this product. there is not even a single good review for the product till know.
I request you to take a strict action against this product. the health is one of the most important part of the life and such products with fake advertisements by famous celebrities like annu kapoor are adversely affecting people's health. nobody company is authorised to play with our health and money. this product is a fake. please do not use it.

I live in ghaziabad, uttar pradesh, i ordered asthijivak through television advertisment done by annu kapoor and takla owner, i received it on 16.08.2016 with order number 34827512, after using the product as per instructions i became ill neither i stand nor i can walk and extensive fever.
I consulted on[protected] and they misguided me like you have use overdose and etc etc. I am not satisfied and need money back asap.

Dear Friends, I took this profuct for my mother. But there no releif at all. I can see lot of complaints. Please send all you complaints along with writter complaint and bill to [protected]@gmail.com. I will file serious case againt to this company and celebrities who did the advertise for this without any verification. I will bare all leagal fight fees. Lets save another patient before gets cheered.

I used it. No a little relief. I asked them to refund after using for 30 days. They did not. Saying money back is only for 15 days. Written on box in small font, which was too cover with cello tap and not easily visible. They said order other, cause relief differ from patient to patient.in their add they should clearly mention 15 days for money back. Useless product, not to buy.

I bought this product for my grand father he is 70 .and after using this product for 20 days he finds severe pain and he is unable to stand or walk .before using this he was able to walk at least. Now he is suffering a lot with this pain. I don't find any improvement. It cost around 3400+200 we are from a middle class family and we cannot afford this. Failure product, pls do have. A money back !

I m yogita shah taken asthijivak oil and lape, but not satisfied with it, so i have call to customer care no. They told me to courier the product in 1 day which is not possible to courier which was in indore, still i have courier it and send on time giving time and date. My parcel was received on 18th june to the company, they told me within 10 to 15 days our accounts department people will call you. Its was over a month. No one has call me back, then i start calling them 2, 3 times i have call and asked for refund when i will get, so they reply me same as they reply me earlier. And told me to call on 1 week of aug, i have call them and ask for the same again they told me accounts department will call me, but no one call me, today that is on 10th aug 2016 i call them again they told me within 2.30 account dep will call you, then finally i got call from them and then they saying me that you will get the amount within a week that is rs 2000.
I was shock because i have taken it for rs 3600. Then they saying me 14% will deduct and we will give you.
I have asked them why such things you are informing me while giving money, and why not you have informed me while taking order or while refunding process, they told me it is in our terms and policy.
I am very very much upset with this, nothing they inform when we place order and just they take order
And while refunding they give many policy and terms and conditions in front of you.
Very hopeless company and there services
Please do not buy this, my feedback is as true as they have behave with me.

I used their product for 20 days and there was no relief. Requested them to refund the money but they didnt respond.
Their consumer complaint is useless. Please don't use their product. It's utter waste of money.
I am thinking of going legal way to get my money back and to ensure these people don't cheat anymore innocent people.
They don't even check their official email ids for complaints.

I got the product, not in proper condition, it was not packed properly, it was teared and half of the lep got waste.., ur product got demaged during delivery... I got it in very critical situation. Afterthat also, i feel this is not of the good quality.

I ordered the Asthi Jivak product but it is not showing the performance. The quality of product is not at all satisfactory and is not providing any relief. I asked for return of the product but they mentioned to courier the product. This was not mentioned to me earlier. As per the telemarketing rules, the product is delivered by the company and in case of non-satisfaction, the customer can ask for the return.

In case of return, the company executive has to come to the customer home and take the product and return the money.

The customer executive has refused for returning the product.

I have ordered Asthijivak " paste and oil" last month but the product delivered to me was not of the manufacturing company and there was difference in the product being ordered and delievered, so after complaining about the product, they told that they will send the desired product to me.

Now, it's been past one month, i hav'nt received my product yet.After enquiring about it, they said that instead of my address, it is misplaced to Bijapur, Karnataka.So when asked about when i would get the product, they say that we will send it to your address but you have to pay the transportation costs for the product to be delivered from Karnataka to my Address, which is in Faridabad, Delhi.

I have purchased one sets of asthijivak [ containing one plastic container of powder and another plastic bottle containing oil] paying rs.3, 600/- and order no. 34226298. The product was delivered at my residence and the money collected.
The company advertised on tv recommends use of powder as 'lep' to be smeared on the affected knee and bandaged overnight. But even after use of week the product is not effective. Please replace the product or refund my money and take your product back.

HI, I have ordered Astijivak oil and lape by watching the advertisement in TV. But, I found it not to be useful. Hence I called them and asked for refund. They said to return the product within 7 days(which was not said while ordering product). Anyhow I returned the product its more than 45 days now and still I didn't receive my refund. This company is really a fraud company with all fraudsters making their customers unhappy and cheating with them I pray this company gets closed very soon as they are been cheating with us like anything. Also, if this company has any shame or dignity remaining then dare to come forward and address our queries or make you company head to answer us through phone or email or else you guys are really a big big fraudsters...

There are so many spell errors in your telugu advertisement. I request you to please send me your script. I will correct and send to you. Don't worry. I will not charge any money. I just want to save my language.

My relative brought asthijivak lep & tel after watching tv commercial. The same was delivered next day. He used it for two weeks but fount it to be ineffective. He called customer care and asked them to take it back & return the money (Rs 3600/-). But they refuse citing their 16 days return policy.
In their tv commercial with annu kapoor, actor & singer, they claim that this medicine is 175 years old and effectively cured lakh of people who are/were suffering from joint pain. But i challenge that this is a fraud company. I hope till last one n half year no one has heard about this company. They came into limelight only last year through tv commercial ads on different channels by paying lakh of rupees per ad per tv channel. They claim they are doing it on no profit basis. How it is possible. They are looting lakh of people and run away after making handsome money. Govt must take action against such fraudulent companies
I request people to refrain from buying these fake medicine from this company and give wide publicity to this.

This was the second time that i booked asthiv jivak. Ist time it was showing some results but second time it was negative. It is not showing any result rather it seems that you have sent me dust instead of asthiv jivak lep. I have already finished one box and not satisfactory. It seems that you have cheated me by sending dust in the boxes. Please replace and send the genuine medicine???

This is veru useless product i have called them thricce for returning the product but they r not taking any action and when the courier bor camr to me he did not give any bill ant not a single paper work document they are very fraud

As user i am also very eager for this product purchased for my father and seen great advertisement on tv channels.
I purchased on line with the hope great actor annu kapoor and rishiji will be delivered truth to the society.
but after using asthijivak oil and lap for 45 days no relief was in knee pain as well as improvement .
Finally i tried to phone for assistance on [protected], [protected], [protected] but they are not lifted my phone also.
As user all of you very careful for results .
It is seems to be show business to earn money not satisfaction of patient.

My order no was 33864038 ordered on 10th of july and their represntive contact me and delivered the product on 12 th of july. At that time i queried him regarding refund he asked it is so easy just call back and then it will be processed. But after 10 days no any effect on pain in knee, i called on [protected], but she have no any intention to refund the product lastly she asked send the product within one day, then company think to refund.
I totally shocked that she is just making foolish the customer by selling the product at such large amount(Rs 3600 hundred), and when customer want to refund they didnt do that and asking that your voice is recording and just trying to give the threat to customer, the registerd was[protected] by umesh singh.
