I had ordered the product based on the tvs ad on sudarshan. I suspect that the package delivered it is not genuine. There was no booklet and bandages promised. The bottles were half filled and not green in colour as shown in the tv ad. I called the number shown on the tv ad for a refund.
The operator said she will send me the address as sms but has not done it ye.
I have tried this out but it is cumbersome and unlikely to be effective. I have therefore decided to go for a knee surgery and want my amount to be refunded as promised in the tv ad.

After watching tv ads on epic channel about asthijivak lep and oil, i decided to buy the product for my mom.
Before buying the product i wanted to check if there were any complaints from product users hence visited the consumer complaints site.
I was shocked to see 22 complaints about the product.
On going through those complaints i have dropped the idea of buying the product.
There is no effort on...

Its sad to see their fake advertisement. they change the product every time you order to them. Its one the shameful act they are doing to cheat the senior citizen. I would request you to give my money back and urge all the people not to take their product. Because of you fake people India is still struggling to be the best in the Market. I am really disappointed with their brand Ambassador Anu ji showcasing the brand to us. Its a sad part Anu ji, you have a respect in the industry.

I have used this Asthi Jivak for knee joint pain of my wife aged 79 yrs. She got relief after 45 days use as prescribed by you but the relief is just about 50 to 60% only and not complete relief.
I am suffering from Low back pain (Lumber vertebral region ( 2-5 L). Is it possible to get relief from this Asthijivak ? or there is any other Aurvedic drug for this back pain.. Please reply to the Email given below:-

When i applied the medicine on both the knees, there were very painful rashes
On both the knees. Position further worsened on second day, i stopped applying and had to take medicines for the acute skin allergy,

I want to return the medicines for refund or full value, as given in the adds.

I placed an online order of astajivak oil. next day i have cancelled it, by calling multiple times and through email. but still they have couriered the product after cancellation. my family was not aware and the product was collected at our end. however later when i called asthijivak, they apologized and have asked me to return the product. i did returned the product along with the required documents. may 5 2015 was the courier received at asthijivaks end, and no action taken by the team. i was asked to send the required documents again as they were misplaced by them. after multiple n multiple follow ups. i get a call from a guy saying that he is from accounts team and they would be returning only rs 2000 but not rs 3400... though the product was never opened. really unexpected response from a products team which is openly been telecasted on the television.

Return is possible they are cutting tax.

It does not mix and apply properly
Once applied it drops while walking (Means it gets hard and drops
Previous one we received was of much better quality
Also we had white bottles previously
And now we received green bottle

I placed order online for asthijivak lep n oil.i received the box on 25th april from pune. Istated treatment from 27th april 2016.even after 60 days of applying lep n oil there is no improvement in my kneepains. And the position is same as it was prior to treatment. I have reasons to say that its a fake medicine .please there return my mon. 3600Rs as per your prmise in add. Let me also know the contact no. Of shri annu kapoor.

This product is just money making business for Asthijivak.
it does not improve condition of patient even by 1%.
at the time of buying they assure you that if there is no improvement then you get your money back but the strategy behind this is you can return the product within 15 days and if you call within that time they will tell you that use it for 45 days definitely there will be improvement so by that once you use beyond but 1 5days your money is lost………So once you pay Rs.3400 just forget about the money and recovery from pain.
i strongly recommend to not buy this product even for free. Complete useless product and company too.

I have ordered Ashtijivak and received on 24th MAY. My mother started using this product regularyl everyday.

It is totally bakwaas medicine just to earn money in one time and make fool the people.

They dont have return policy even. On TV they advertise use for 30-45 days if not effective then get your money refund. I am chasing them past 5 days its not even month... They totally denied to refund.

I spoke to SHUBHAM & PRAVEEN who has refused for returning the product. and got to know the owner name - TAUSHIB & ANKIT...

They Never come on the phone as they total fake people and making money .

I will go to consumer court for this and lets see the result.

"ASTHIJIVAK"for my relative on 18.05.16 MFC Lic- UK-AY-L-317/2015 manufactured by Marwals Sevashram, F-109, 110 sidcul indistrial area selaqul, dehradun(Uttarakhand), subsequently I ordered for the second product, the company supply the product on 14/06/16, product Mfd. Licence no.- UTTRA-AYU-128/2008, manufactured by Vyas pharmaceuticals, plot no-77, sector-6(A), IIE Sidcul, Haridwar (UK).It seems to a duplicate product, immediately I spoke to customercare & they assured me to change the product. On 22.06.16 companies representative brought a product Mfd. Licence no- MP/25D/07/05, manufactured by- Marwals Sevashram, Hatod Distt. Indore(M.P.)-India. previous two products having Anu Kapoor's picture with product in hand but the third product without having any picture. It is fact that company using different manufacturing licence no, packages and manufacturing unit making the govt. and the people of the country fool. It is advisable authority should investigate the matter for the shake of the poor & old age customers.

I have purchased one sets of asthijivak [ containing one plastic container of powder and another plastic bottle containing oil] paying rs.3, 600/-. The product was delivered at my residence and the money collected.
The company advertised on tv recommends use of powder as 'lep' to be smeared on the affected knee and bandaged overnight. But even after use of week the product is not effective

I placed order for asthijivak on 27 april 2016. And since i did not find the product good . I kept asking the jaipur agency where to send the courier or product back they did not give me the returning adress for almost a week. I returned the product by courier on 6th may 2016. On 10th the courier reached indore. However i am told that we cannot get the refund as the company did not receive the packet on time. I do not agree on this as the courier reached the co well intime.
I need my full refund else i shall be forced to take steps that may malign the image of this copamy.

I have purchased two sets of Asthijivak [each containing one plastic container of powder and another plastic bottle containing oil] paying Rs.3, 600/- on the 22nd April 2016 in Hyderabad. The product was delivered at my residence and the money collected.
The company advertised on TV recommends use of powder as 'lep' to be smeared on the affected knee and bandaged overnight. In the next morning the bandage is to be removed and knee washed followed by an application of oil which is recommended to be used as massage on the affected knee after removing the 'lep'. The company guarantees that this practice o[censored]sing Asthijivak 'lep' smear followed by Asthijvak oil massage would cure the knee pain with in two weeks. Further it is stated that in case there is no relief for the knee pain following the use of the above, the money would be returned to the buyer. I have used the products as per the recommendation for more than two weeks; but have not got any relief from the knee pain. I therefore request that the sum of money paid be refunded.

Biggest fraud company no relive after using this product I called them and they told me to use one more kit and when I asked them to return money the told they have 15 days return policy if one is suppose to use this product for 45 days and how will someone return it in 15 days if someone calls them in 15 days they will ask them to use it is till 45 days Complete fraud please look into the matter and help

When i received i used on my knee, there is so itching on my knee which was unbearable. I washed it. Then second day i again put it on my knee same problem came. Then i call to asthijivak complaint no [protected], they said return the product by courier on our address, we will give your money in your a/c, then we courier it on dated 24th april.
They called they received the product. But still they not transferred money back in our a/c.
I tried to call so many times on asthijivak complaint no. But they are not picking the call.

My name is gaurav kumar. I had ordered asthijivak for my mother & she used it for 2 week but my mother told me it is not effective and pain is still there. Then i talked to their customer care about refund then customer care convince me to use this product for one week again and call her after 1 week. After one week, no relief. I called again then she start telling me their 15 days policy. They people only making fool of people. I request to ban this product and advertising company as they are playing with old peoples pain's. I am not expecting any refund as several people are suffering for their refund. Then I redeliver it to Aksthijiva Telemart as per their instructions. They told me that they will refund the money within 15-20 days but I did not get any money yet. They told me that I will get the call from account department but neither I got any call nor I got the money refund. According to me this company is fraud. It's been above a month but I didn't get anything. If anyone has the solution then please suggest.

Hi I am ravinder singh and I ordered asthijivak online on 19 Apr 2016 which was scheduled to be delivered at my home as I paid handling and postage charges also. I was given code ASTHI-101436 with document number[protected]. Same was dispatched vide shree maruti courier. However, the courier company refused to deliver it home and the product company could not ensure same. The product was sent back and still hasn't received by me.
