Asthijivak — Difference in product

We have received ashtijivak two days back reference asthi-115491
We applied on the knee but found difference in product used previously
It does not mix and apply properly
Once applied it drops while walking (Means it gets hard and drops
Previous one we received was of much better quality
Also we had white bottles previously
And now we received green bottle
Is there any difference

I have returned the product and was suppose to receive 3600 but I was told to receive 2100 bucks then but I haven't received my cash till now. I have send the documents as well but I didn't get any response from your side. You all are bloody cheats.
